Job Title: Executive Sales
Capital Transportation Logistics, a leading third party logistics firm, is seeking high energy executive sales professionals for the multiple territories within the United States. CTL offers a competitive salary plus bonus, full training, benefits, medical and expenses.
This is an opportunity for top performing transportation sales professional to manage a specified territory with revenue quota responsibility, from a home based position within the United States. Prospect and sell at the executive level, qualify, manage and close sales opportunities in new accounts, utilizing web-based product demonstrations and face to face presentations to illustrate the value proposition of Capital Transportation Logistics transportation management process. Position requires a hunter mentality, unparallel telephone skills, combined with comfort prospecting, selling and closing at the C level.
- Plan and execute direct prospecting activities
- Clear understanding of the sales process and ability to make volume outbound calls to C level to build a pipeline
- Manage all aspects of the sales process on all opportunities including initial qualification, evaluation, close and implementation.
- Coordinate appropriate resources throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all sales activities in the contact management database
- Provide presentations and process demonstrations to prospects
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals on an annual basis
- 5-8+ years in new account sales role preferably selling value based process and software solutions
- Supply chain, 3PL experience a plus
- Solution selling experience with success at the executive level a must
- Cold call prospecting at C-level experience and success with midsize manufacturing and distribution companies
- Self-motivated, independent with excellent presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- BS, BA or equivalent
