CTL has the ability to provide and ongoing, invoice based, recovery audit of your Parcel bills. We can do this by receiving the electronic invoice from the parcel carriers and then performing a software-based recovery audit. All refunds and credits are sent directly back to your accounts. We typically save our clients 3 to 5 percent annually on the audit alone.
